Dear Readers
There’s so much depressing news of late.
Physical distancing measures have been enforced around the world.
It can be difficult to safe guard your mental health during these times of physical isolation. This makes finding ways to create new positive routines in our lives as important as ever.
Now is the perfect time to begin flooding your mind with affirmations for health, wealth and abundance!
I’ve created these “I AM” affirmations in the past, and they have been a real hit with my subscribers.
This recording also uses affirmations to help calm your nerves – and is ideal to use as you drift off to sleep.
Like any affirmations, I suggest using them for 30 consecutive days in a row.
This really gives your subconscious a chance to allow the positive words to seep into your mind.
In this recording, I say the affirmation and encourage you to mentally repeat the affirmation to yourself, or better yet, say it out loud.
Even if you don’t believe it at first, see if you can find that space within you to FEEL what it would be like to have achieved this in your life
now.
The emotional aspect of affirmations is one of the most important parts of manifestation.
