Before we can embrace positive thinking, we need to return to the beauty and simplicity of this present moment.
By drawing our attention to the heart space, we naturally soften the mind.
Watch the heart expanding on each inhalation and softening on each exhalation.
Notice how this soothes your physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
