Dear Readers

My subscribers often ask me, “Which books do you recommend?” So today, I would like to introduce my new series, “Three to Thrive!”

This email will be a regular share of three books, articles, or videos that I know can help you thrive! Ranging from how to live a better life, how to maintain peace, and how to maintain better mental, physical health, and well-being.
Anything that profoundly resonates with me, that I sense will be highly valuable to you, I will share.
Please do let me know if this email (and series) resonates with you, and welcome to the first edition of “Three to Thrive!”
Book 1
Letting Go – The Pathway of Surrender, By David R Hawkins.
David Hawkins, one of my favourite authors of all time (author of Power V’s Force), provides us with some of the best information here on how to finally surrender all the ‘stuff’ that we carry with us daily.
“Letting Go” truly is a beautiful book and well worth every cent. His delivery is easy to digest, and David has many years experience as a clinical psychiatrist.
Book 2
Excuses Begone, By Wayne W. Dyer.
We all like to make excuses in our lives for when things go wrong. Often taking responsibility for ourselves can be a tricky thing.
Dr. Dyer has a few brutally honest words to help us begin to change our lives for the better through acceptance and taking action. I think I have purchased all of Wayne Dyer’s books. I love them all, and this one is no exception.
Article
From Blame to Love by Tara Brach
There’s so much fear, differences of opinion, and even political hatred going around. We need to dig deeper rather than shine a light onto others and project our hurt and blame.
Tara Brach nails it with her article. We can begin to honour our feelings of vulnerability. Rather than be at war with ourselves and others; we can find a way through genuine compassion.
I hope you enjoy these writings, and if you read the books, please do let me know.
In full transparency, please note that the links I have supplied for the books are affiliate links to Amazon.
This means there is no difference in the price for you, however, if you choose to purchase, I will make a small commission, which ultimately helps to keep my support team running.
Much love as always,
Jason
