Empower women to thrive
During August RADA focuses its attention on the vital role Women play in society and the importance of uplifting those who essentially inspire positive change in communities.
We often take for granted the multitasking ‘superpower’ women possess as she continually shifts her focus from one life task to the next. Her nurturing spirit is reflected in supporting loved ones, where often, her graceful and generous nature sometimes obscures her self-sacrifice.
It is important that we make a determined effort to show our appreciation by reminding the women in our lives how valued they are. Recognise and support women whose ongoing responsibilities constantly oscillate between work, home, family, friends and community.
Let us always acknowledge the strength of woman and the positive influence they have in the world. Respect and celebrate the women in our lives. Showcase her importance so that she is inspired to continue making a significant difference to the lives of others.
RADAs efforts are focused on empowerment by delivering sustainable reusable sanitary wear to young girls who cannot afford these monthly necessities. The RADA MiPad Project is aimed at fundamentally creating a positive and lasting impact on the lives of girls, enabling them to complete their education and promoting their self-esteem and sense of equality.
Through supporting and empowering girls in vulnerable communities, RADA makes a difference to many lives directly and indirectly influencing families and neighborhoods in a positive way.
