‘I Wrote This Song Because The Thought of Seeing You Kiss Him Makes Me Sick’

An alternative rock band from the UK. Human Renegade were formed from a group of lost souls who melted together to create a new, loud, exciting and aggressive sound to be enjoyed by the masses. Influenced by modern rock, alternative, metal, pop and everything else they began prolifically writing and recording their own material, going on to release their five track debut EP ‘A Toxic Absence’ while playing gigs all over Scotland at renowned venues such as the O2 ABC, Classic Grand, Stereo and King Tuts.

In 2023, after long wait, Human Renegade released their newest single “The Fallen Rising” on May 11 and debuted it at a local headline show. The song has now been played on multiple radio stations and gained over 130,000 streams. Following the release of the previous single, the band have now released their latest single “emo” debuting it at a live concert supporting the glam rock band Starbenders. The song has been met with a great response so far and is becoming a fan favourite.

“This is the band’s heaviest release to date with a strong driving melody and some hard hitting instrumentation. This song is about someone falling deeper into mania as their hypothetical thoughts about the one they love drive them further into insanity. The idea behind the lyrics is just how easy it is to fall into self destructive behaviour when you’re mentally struggling to cope with the thoughts in your head. Sometimes self destruction is easier than gaining control over your own thoughts so that’s the path you take. We’re really happy with this recording and hope people enjoy it as much as we do (once they’ve taken a week’s paid leave to read the lengthy title). The perfect bop for psycho exes!”
